How Wine People Think
Thieves broke into a Cambridge, England, wine shoppe (hey, it’s England) and stole 15 bottles of rare wine. Shoppe co-owner Daniel Young lamented the theft:
The sad thing is that they are probably about 12 to 15 years old and know nothing about wine…In some ways I would have been happier if it had been stolen by a connoisseur. At least then it wouldn’t have been wasted and it would have gone to a good home.

The authorities should be able to solve the crime when the perps blog their tasting notes.
