I hope the training goes one step farther and teaches them for what dinnerware is to be used and which wine beyond Santa Margie they should order.

To be honest, this makes me think better of the guy. I can’t begin to count how many mouth breathers I’ve had to endure through business dinners. People with little to no knowledge of basic etiquette. At least the puffy one gets that this might reflect poorly on his organization and is doing something about it.
