I’m Having Something of a Sally Field Moment, Here
I submitted a thing to Palate Press, and today they published it. This makes me feel a little like a real wine writer, but just a little. I think they had a piece that didn’t come in, and mine was the thing they had hanging around that came closest to being a “Soap Box” posting. So they cut out some dumb stuff I’d written and put in some smart stuff that I hadn’t, and I get credit for it.

Nicely done article, Tom.. good points all. Those of us who care about French wine can only shake our heads and sigh.
