The technical rider for Mariah Carey’s current concert tour requires that her dressing room be outfitted with a bottle of Opus One. This indicates a certain growth as a wine consumer. In earlier riders, she demanded a bottle of Crystal Champagne and two bottles of “Camus (sic) white wine.”
